Standard Shipping is $9.95 Australia Wide and can take 2-8 business days to arrive. Express Shipping is $19.95 Australia Wide and can take 1-5 business days to arrive. If the order is over $99, shipping is free Australia-wide. *Cartons of cans incur an automatic $9.95 shipping charge and are limited to 1 carton per order.*

You will be sent a tracking number via our shipping partner Shippit. We send via Australia Post and Couriers Please so all orders can be easily tracked. If you put the tracking number into the Australia Post Tracking System it will give you updated tracking and delivery times.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 day of receiving the order in-store. If there is an issue with your order prior to dispatch, we will contact you directly.
We respond to all queries as quickly as possible, usually within 1 business day.
Due to the nature of supplements and health regulations we can not accept any returns of opened products unless they are faulty. You can not return a product because you didn’t like the taste, texture or recommendation.
In the case of products being faulty you must contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) directly at help@suppshq.com.au with photo evidence and information about the product. We will likely want the product returned so we can investigate the issue further to ensure it does not happen again.
Orders placed by 10am on a business day are dispatched the SAME DAY. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day. If we cannot dispatch your order due to stock within this time frame we will notify you and determine a solution. Please also be aware of Public Holidays as we are based in Queensland.
